My Dream Home and Decor

I've never shared my dreams with anyone before. Though i never mention it but i already had the picture in mind. It is not necessary to spat it out unless is really time to get a new home and starting a new family someone that i really want to spend my life with. Sometimes i think i'm living in my own world having my own dreams and goals completely shutting down people from knowing and refraining people to see through my thoughts. Therefore the blog is the best way to express myself for myself to see where im heading to.

I was wondering if people ever thought that i'm a girl without her own dreams and just living her life as the days goes by..?? haha lol...but the beautiful picture will shape gradually in time to come..

I've always wanted a private housing overlooking the sea or prestige waterfront living or at least a highrise condo with great paranomic view of the city. My goal is to be an independent woman being financially independent with successfully career. I believe in making the money work hard for me, therefore i want to have at least a degree in Banking in order for me to acquire some knowledge in financial intruments and it also enable me to curve out a niche in the banking sector especially in investment related designation to allow me to have a career that ables me to spur me towards my dreams and goals. I want to have my own car and portfolio of investment tools to invest in. Living in Singapore's prestige waterfront residency is not easy when it cost for about 2mil to 4mil for a condo. CPF contribution is also not enough to cover much of the expenses. It only allows us to make initial downpayment and the principles and interest of bank loans. I don't want tied down myself to bank loans, i wish i could have enought savings so i could lower the amount of interest of bank loans right to the minimal. I don't wish to be categorised in " even if u had a condo or car, it maybe that u have lots of debts from bank loans":)

Maybe before investing in a private property i would first invest in a hdb flats for rent to cover some of the expenses.

My favourite colour is grey, white, brown and black. My future interior design of my house, i wish to keep it cozy and spacious with a touch of elegant and simplicity. With a walk-in wardrobe and bathroom that looks like a hotel bathroom. I love lightings too, therefore lightings would also play a part in the design to make it more elegant.
